2017 COOKING FOR SCHOLARSHIPS COMPETITION

Students, listen up! 

Here's a list of the folks who will be your judges this coming Saturday at the CCAP Arizona Preliminary Competition. You already know which heat you're in; now, take a quick review of this brief listing of the professionals who will walk amongst you, asking numerous questions and making more comments than you thought possible.


TIP: Always answer quickly, and start with "Yes, Chef!" Answer the question as thoroughly as possible but do not stop working! If, by chance, the chef is there to correct a technique - do it. Do it right away and keep using it!
