HOORAY! YOU ALL DID SO WELL!

This year, C-CAP judges had a most difficult task in matching scholarship dreams with the dollars available.

Best news: C-CAP Arizona’s donors and the schools really came through: more than $750,000 was awarded to Arizona’s 30 finalists, and the top ten juniors also each received scholarships to attend culinary summer school.

Here’s who won what:

To Cameron Rodgers, Casa Grande, Trace Ishmael, Kingman, and Elizabeth Cruz, Metro Tech, C-CAP Education Scholarships of $1,000.

C-CAP Education Scholarships in the amount of $2,000 each to Amber Poole, Catalina Magnet, and Randi King, Maricopa.

Yuselin Ortega, Douglas, amd Jose Mantilla Campos of Metro Tech, each received C-AP Scholarships in the amount of $3,000.

The Beau MacMillan Scholarship, $2,000 to Rebecca Rasmussen, Queen Creek/Evit.

Cherrish Callahan, Barry Goldwater High, received the Barbara Fenzl Scholarship of $2,000.

Kaitlyn Ladden of North Canyon, received the Mark Tarbell Scholarship and the Barbara Colleary Scholarship, both $2,000.

Kristen Voegtly-Mutch, Perry, received the $1,500 Getting Our Just Desserts Scholarship and a C-CAP Education Scholarship of $2,000.

A C-CAP Education Scholarship of $2,000 and the Central Arizona College Presidential Scholarship of $2,340 went to Kalia Rosales, Kofa High.

Nyisha Harrison, Sahuarita, received the $2,500 Tracy Fierros Memorial Scholarship and the $3,750 James Beard Foundation Scholarship.

From Corona del Sol and EVIT, Matthew Meiers received the EVIT Mystery Chef Scholarship of $5,000.

Heather Hohn, Wickenburg, received the $15,000 Classic Cooking Academy Scholarship.

Amber Santiago, of Peoria, will attend Le Cordon Bleu, thanks to her $17,500 scholarship for the Certificate.

A half-tuition scholarship to the Arizona Culinary Institute of $14,000 went to Taylor Beck of Cactus High.

John Vazquez of Chapparral high School also received a $14,000 half tuition scholarship to the Arizona Culinary Institute Professional Program.

Shelby Park. Liberty High School, will attend the New England Culinary Institute for her Associates degree with a $50,000 scholarship.

Andrea Madrid, Peoria, received $26,936 to attend The Art Institute of Las Vegas, and a $2,000 C-CAP Education Scholarship.

Sasha Ivie, Hamilton/EVIT, received a full tuition scholarship 0f $43,839 for her associates’ degree from The Art Institute of Colorado.

A full tuition scholarship of $54,918 for an associates’ degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta went to Max Hodge, Basha High School.

Brigette Michel, Canyon del Oro High, also received a full tuition scholarship of $51,948 for the associate degree program at The Art Institute of Tucson.

A $50,000 scholarship for The Art Institute of Phoenix Culinary Arts program was awarded to Rebekah Lung from McClintock High/EVIT.

Billy Lemke of Casa Grande will attend The Art Institute of Phoenix with his $50,000 scholarship for the Culinary Arts program.

Emily Sterrett, of Moon Valley High, too, will attend The Art Institute of Phoenix Culinary Arts program with a $50,000 scholarship.

The Art Institute National full tuition scholarship of $80,088 was awarded to Marlo Everett from Paradise Valley High, with which she may attend any Art Institute culinary program in the country.

Ana Timmis, of Canyon del Oro High, won a scholarship of $93,440 to attend the Culinary Institute of American for her bachelor’s degree.

Ashley Lydlow, from Higley High/EVIT, will attend Johnson & Wales University, thanks to a scholarship of $95,820.
