·       ·  Practice food provided

·       ·  Full kitchen uniform

·       ·  No jewelry, minimal makeup

·       ·  All hair inside a hat (no ball caps) 

      Cost: No cost

Students may arrive anytime after 3pm; however, we must be cleaned-up and out of the kitchens by 6pm.

C-CAP students must clean their entire work area and be cleared by Chef before dismissal. Parents are welcome to attend.

Teachers: C-CAP product pick up available; please let Jill Smith know you will pick up.
