Here's a tip from a CCAP alumna....

We asked several CCAP alumni to tell us their best tips for making it through competition, using their special lens of experience combining professional and aspiring finalist.

Chef Jenna D'Agostino spent the evening before finals making dinner for her grandma. The menu? What else but chicken chasseur and dessert crepes! "I wanted that one last practice," she says.

But..."Now that I know how competition works, (I would remind myself) don't stress (yourself) out.  It makes it harder to move around the competition with all the others in there.

"Once you get going, you will be fine! You have more than enough time to complete both dishes, but try to aim for less time than is allowed."
