You can ace that CCAP interview. Here's how.

First, a quick run-through of almost everything you've already completed.

(Yeah. If you've missed something here, there's no need to feel you must have done all this.  Hey, it's your interview.)

So - you've read and re-read your CCAP application and essay. (WHY? Because you're likely to be asked about it)

You've reviewed all of the national CCAP web site. (WHY? Now you know CCAP's history and Richard Grausman's professional background)

You've decided on a top school - and you have at least one (or two!) others that you feel would be a good fit for you.  (WHY? So the judges know you're both In

You know how you'll meet travel and living expenses during school. (WHY? Your scholarship may not cover all your expenses - and ya gotta be able to live while you're studying!)

You know your GPA qualifies you for the schools you'd like to attend. (WHY? So whatever scholarship you get - you'll be able to use!)

You've thought about what, exactly, interests, excites, and gives you joy in being part of the culinary world. (WHY? So you can tell the judges why the heck you're in that competition. WHY? Because they're gonna ask you, that's why)

And now for the next part!
