Eggs-actly!

Can't make omelets without breaking a few...eggs!  

And we use more than a few eggs in the C-CAP competitions.  Between omelets and pastry cream, and tons of practices at schools and at home...And have you seen the prices on supermarket eggs lately!

That's why Arizona C-CAP is so very pleased to report that Hickman's Farm is once again donating many dozens of eggs so that C-CAP students can both practice and compete.

Thanks to the hens - and the Hickmans for helping to make a major portion of the C-CAP competition experience as easy as making...oh, yeah.  An omelet.
